I never played poker but always watched Darnell play. He was the world's WORST winner (on purpose).
I'd watch him sweep in a winning pot eyeballing the loser, saying:
"You, sir, are on a path to self-annihilation."
"Working for the weep-end?"
"Only now, when it's too late, do you realize your mistake."
And my favorite:
"That's OK. Love is for other people."
His distinguished air that made the words more cutting.
Now he says, "I'm tired, Harry. I want some comfort in my life. But how?"
