"You remember Frank The Bank, don't you?"
"Oh, GAWD! If I never hear the phrase 'Fractional reserve lending' again it will be too soon."
"So I ran into him today downtown."
"What? Couldn't cross the street in time?" I posed.
"Correct! But he's out of banking, has a real job now, no longer obsessed with 'fixing' a hopeless monetary system."
"That's amazing! How did that come about?"
"He said he fell in love."
The clarity of the picture in my mind made me stop and think.
"Well, shit."
